Returns & Refunds Policy
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from Lumea, a brand operated by Genesis Inventive.
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or prepared for shipment.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by tracking.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return requests must be approved before shipping items back
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or appear used, damaged, or incomplete.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
Once confirmed, we will:
- Provide a replacement or
- Issue a full refund
- Cover any return shipping costs if required
Non-Defective Returns
If you would like to return an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the following applies:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply depending on the condition of the item
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Please contact us before returning any item. Unapproved returns may not be processed.
- Some items (such as custom or made-to-order products) may not be eligible for return.
- Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider
